Great staff, anything we asked for they helped us with immediately. We had them help us make a phone call to a horseback riding place that didn’t speak English. Cool modern hotel room and bathroom. There was construction noise outside, but this whole city is growing and under construction, so I cant blame them for that. Noise doesn’t start until 800am, so get moving and go sightseeing. Highly recommend.

A major construction project right next to this hotel. Construction starts at 0630 and continues until about 2000. The noise is lessened with a closed window, but the room overheats because it is impossible to turn off the heater. The air conditioning is not yet functioning. The hotel staff is unhelpful. Breakfast has a small selection. Poached eggs came almost raw. (fried and scrambled eggs were better). Maintenance enters a room without warning, goes away and leaves the door completely open. The sliding glass doors in the room for the bathroom and balcony are very heavy and fast. They could easily be a hazard especially for children. The bathrooms have an usual design that is spacious and includes a jetted bath. The closet is almost impractical with its mirrors and heavy glass doors. The hotel has 4 nespresso capsules per stay. (Two of these are decaf and the front desk is loathe to exchange them for the caffenated cspsules. And, the television would not power on.

Fridge not working
Location was great, but customer service is disappointing. We stayed in a fairly large room, with good amenities, except for the non-working fridge. It's literally just a box. We informed the front desk and housekeeping that the fridge was not working ~ it's not cooling at all, literally just a box of warm air, which is surprising given that it's a minibar with sodas and other drinks to sell. You'd basically get lukewarm soda. They said all of the refrigerators are programmed like that, which I thought was a cop-out. They just didn't want to fix or replace it. It was very inconvenient because we wanted to keep our water and other drinks cold. They also didn't have any ice machine, so no luck there either. Oh and there's also no coffee/tea-making equipment on your own. They must really want you to avail of their breakfast, for an extra fee, of course. They didn't seem bothered by the issue at all, which is off-putting. We stayed there for 7 nights, which had I not prepaid, we'd be happy to have stayed somewhere else.

This is like a five star property. Rooms are large with plenty of closet space. Wonderful bathroom with jetted tub and amazing shower. Shopping is literally next door. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever fortunate to be travelling here again.

It was hard to find this hotel when coming by car. Cellular internet in Andorra don’t really work so GPS was misleading us. When trying to call front desk no one picked up a phone. Once we located the property we were welcomed by staff that could barely speak any english and was hard to communicate. PARKING is a bit difficult and if I knew this I wouldn’t stayed here. What they DON’T tell you and don’t put online is that you have to self park in elevator that takes you then to a garage. I was VERY uncomfortable with this. For measurements purposes I was with Alfa Stelvio that barely fit the elevator front and back and side wise. Talking about inches of space. But getting in was way easier than getting out as the space in garage is too small. Took us 15 min to park in the elevator and get out. Rooms are very big, I liked the balcony. Chairs would be nice to have so you can actually sit and not just stand on the balcony. Simple cheap slippers for the bathroom would also be nice. And a coffee machine. Even much cheaper hotels have them. Hotel is generally very clean, on a great location. I just think staff should get better training in hospitality and it they don’t speak english remove that from your listing.

We got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes before maintenance team was able to open the doors and let us out. The lights in our bathroom would not turn off, we ended up sleeping with them on and requested maintenance to fix it the next morning, which they did (involved rewiring the circuit in the breaker box in the room). The in-room lighting controls are extremely confusing and stressful to use. There is a quite a bit of noise from the masses of shoppers surrounding the hotel (it is in the middle of a shopping center). Beyond those issues, the room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and courteous. We ate at their upscale restaurant Coure and the food was amazing.

The hotel has a great location in the middle of town with great shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast buffet served in the morning was delicious. Would definitely stay at the property again!

Great Hotel! Definitely recommend
Amazing hotel! Great location. It’s just opened few weeks ago, everything still have “new smell”. Loved it and recommend it, especially if they will be able to keep the price range (around 100-120 euro per night) I would definitely stay again if I come back to Andorra one day.

the hotel staff didnt priorizie us when we arrived after our check in time, breakfast was not good very poor options not even eggs. The room was pretty and we loved the jacuzzi but the water in the bath and shower was not hot or very warm so big minus for that. You pay for room and you cant even control the temperature of the water. They also charge 2€ per person per night tax. Location for the hotel is perfect but this hotel is more 3star. Room looks bigger and nicer in photos than real life. I dont recommend long stay in this hotel its too pricey for what it offers so not so good value for money.

El servicio fue maravilloso, al igual que la comida, lo unico malo fue que habia un problema grave de comunicación entre recepción y restaurante. Contratamos media pension y nunca encontraban nuestra habitación en la lista. Venimos desde Mexico y por telefono nos daban informacion de las reservaciones que al llegar no era cierto. Adicional se nos hizo complicado que no habia indicaciones con respecto de los apagadores de la habitación ni estacionamiento. Al final se esforzaron y solucionaron todo pero en general excelente servicio en el resto de aspectos

Excellent séjour ! Hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre de la ville. Restaurants et commerces à proximité immédiate. Possibilité de parking. Chambres spacieuses et confortables (manque cependant services à thé et à café). Petit-déjeuner très agréable, personnel à l’écoute, seul petit bémol sur la salle pas très chaleureuse.
