There was a safe place to walk with the dog to a little creek and park close to the apartment. If you have a dog who doesn't like stairs this made it a little difficult getting him down. Unique property. Large wooded yard and back of culdesac was perfect for our travel plans. Especially with a dog. Surrounding area was great for walks. The bathroom/laundry was a bonus Wonderful food options, grocery store nearby, and as a chef the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. If you choose there are lots of restaurant options within walking distance.
