We had plenty of room, it's impeccably clean, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen has everything you need (though we ate out a lot), the living room has lots of seating options and a Roku Smart TV. There's also a lot of plants everywhere, which is refreshing. Location-wise, almost anything in Anchorage can be reached with a 5-10 minute drive. Also, Sue is an outstanding host. The place was perfect for three adults. We each had our own space and plenty of room to move around. The biggest benefit is the location! With people flying in and out at different times it was conveniently located to the airport and everywhere else was a quick 5-10 minute drive.
