The house was plenty big enough for all of us we were all able to have each family group in their own bedrooms and have our own bathrooms! And it was definitely more affordable splitting it four ways! The location was great! It was exactly where we needed to be for the proximity of the wedding. So convenient no matter which direction we chose to go....from Denali, to Whittier, to Seward, to Kenai, and right there at Alyeska. The home was comfortable and well appointed with necessities. Self check-in was simple and check-out the same. A nice feature. Walking distance to many places right in Girdwood. It's conveniently located near one of the helicopter tour companies and the dogsled tour as well. There were a few appliances not working but there were extras of them. We rented this beautiful house for out of town family and friends to stay for the weekend. We had 11 overnight guests and hosted a dinner for about 40 people and there was plenty of room for everybody on the huge deck to enjoy. The kitchen was very well stocked. Great for family togetherness. The house is conveniently located in between the resort and town. The only draw back was the TV. It was not big enough and in an area that was not viewable for everyone to enjoy football and movie night.
