The Space: This well-located studio unit offers a comfortable and flexible stay in the heart of downtown Anchorage. Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the space includes a queen bed and a full sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, small groups, or business travelers. The unit features high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a functional layout suited for both short and extended stays. Located on the third floor of a secure building, guests will enjoy added peace of mind along with a quiet, private setting above street level. On-site laundry is available in the building for a fee. Parking is not included, but paid street parking, the nearby Diamond Parking Lot, and surrounding garages are all readily accessible.
