It was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for state volleyball. The bed is very comfortable and there is a good kitchen with supplies for cooking.
We were in Anchorage for 4 nights and greatly enjoyed our stay here. The unit is clean and supplied with everything you need; the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The hostess was easy to reach and friendly to work with.
Apartment was a perfect location. Everything was about 10mins away. Comfortable beds and can’t beat the price!! Will recommend to friends planning to come next year.
Only stayed here one night before our departure from Anchorage in the morning, but the place was clean, comfortable, and easy to find as advertised. Thank you!
Clean and simple location close to downtown Anchorage. We stayed just briefly overnight on our way from Girdwood to Anchorage to hop on train very early am. All aspects very good considering we were there 12 hours total. Lol!
This place is very convenient to downtown and easy access to grocery and other shopping, restaurants and places to see. Just 10-12 minutes to the airport makes it really easy to get to and from as well. Host is extremely responsive and accommodating, and the place is comfortable and clean. If there is someone staying upstairs it can be a bit noisy with thumping, but very minimal generally.
This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Sofa and bed were of good quality.
It was a really agreeable stay and all services were at walking distance. It was well located at mid distance between the airport and downtown Anchorage just by Chester Park where you can have a pleasant walk or bike ride. Bus services are also close by. The host was very helpful.

Easy check in/close to airport
Received detailed instructions for checking in. Water pressure in shower was awesome. Apt is older & in need of updating, especially the carpet. Photos online werent quite the same. Rental served our needs & was close to the airporairport.
After our very long day of traveling to get to Alaska, we found the apartment to be nice. Our plane was delayed causing a pretty late arrival however, the owner was pleasant and prompt when I needed help with questions. I would recommend this location. The place was clean and tidy and quite. The blackout curtains were a bonus to help us get some much-needed rest.
Thank you

Reasonable overnight stay
Great water pressure. Everything in working order. It worked well for us as we came in late after traveling for so many hours. Kriners Diner (walking distance) was a great breakfast before the early check out.
I think the carpet is in need of replacing and the bed isn't very firm. For the summer travelers, blackout shades would be a nice addition. I'm sure the specialty utensils don't get that much use, but they had debris on them, so I can't give it a 5 star clean rating. Everything was functional for one night, but several features were in need of attention. Again, it was fine for our needs for the one night.

Nice on BR aoartment with parking
This apartment was very clean and easy to find in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, the bathroom was clean and had nice tiles, and the eating area was large. The queen bed was comfortable and with the windows closed, nice and quiet.
My wife and I had a very difficult time twice opening the door when it was locked. We felt the door code worked but it seemed the weather strip sealing the door stuck very firmly on two hot days (75 degrees) in Anchorage. The owner was on a plane when we first arrived, so her husband was reached after about 30 minutes. Otherwise, this is a great unit to stay in. If the door "sticking" issue gets resolved, I would give it a 5 star instead of my 4 star rating.
