The Space: THE ANCHORAGE GRAND This luxury full-home retreat combines two separate, private units into one expansive 4,500 sq ft gathering space—ideal for large families, corporate retreats, and intimate weddings. The upper unit spans two levels and features soaring 20’ ceilings, mountain views, and an open-concept living area. It includes a spacious primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom designed for kids with a full-over-full bunk bed, loft net, and rock climbing wall. Two queen air mattresses are available if needed. The lower unit offers approximately 1,500 sq ft with its own private entrance, full kitchen, laundry, living area, and two bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite bath, and one with a queen bed. An additional queen air mattress is available. Both units are externally accessed only (no shared interior spaces), providing privacy while still allowing everyone to stay together.
