The pictures don’t match the rooms at all. Had booked this place for 3 nights at $65 USD/night, almost $200, which is not worth the cost. This place is worth maybe $25-45/night. After checking in my gf and I requested a room change to a cheaper room which was cleaner, then got a room at a different hotel since we were willing to pay for a different hotel where we stayed at before. The staff were helpful and the location is in a good spot but the rooms are completely not what the pictures show.

Exceptional hospitality and personalized service! I stayed at Hotel du Lac Signature from September 14–17, and my friend and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived until we left, Rose was absolutely exceptional. She was attentive, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She even took the time to personally explain the features of my room after check-in. Rose truly represents what hospitality should be. I also want to recognize Irene, the hostess at Tram VI Restaurant. She was attentive, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk with, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. One thing I especially appreciated was how the staff took the time to remember our names and room number. That personal touch made us feel welcomed and valued rather than simply being treated as guests. A big thank-you to Rose, Irene, and the entire Hotel du Lac Signature team for making our stay so memorable. I would definitely return!

We booked our second stay in Hanoi at the Splendid Premium Hotel. A small hotel with around 80 rooms, in a great location in the Old Quarter, not far from Hoan Kiem Lake. We booked a huge executive room that came with a small balcony and a giant king bed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, showers hot and aircon cold. We stayed 3 nights, on Saturday night, music noise from a nearby Sky Bar was a little loud but ceased by midnight. In a densely populated Old Quarter, it was inevitable. The breakfast spread was reasonable for the hotel of its size. Very fresh and delicious fruits. Most commendable though was the staff. Check in was smooth, great assistance provided by May with booking of tours and classes. Cindy provided excellent support for the transfer from Halongbay to the hotel and at check out. Front Office staff were all friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again on my next Hanoi trip? Yes. In fact, we have just booked our last night in Hanoi at this hotel after our Ninh Binh trip. Edit: we are now back in the hotel for our final night in Hanoi for this trip, they welcome us like family. It was lovely to see Cindy again. Love our room. ❤️❤️
