Was immer man braucht ist vorhanden und falls nicht...die Eigentümer sind erreichbar und haben Hilfe angeboten, falls diese nötig gewesen wäre. Das Haus ist das älteste Haus auf der Warft und ist nach der Renovierung in einem sensationellen Zustand. Alles wurde mit sehr viel Liebe und Bedacht umgebaut und zu einem kleinen Wohntraum gemacht.
