« Le site web de Radisson annonce une navette entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel gratuite et disponible 24/24. Ce qui est faux. Nous avons dû prendre un taxi pour se rendre à l’hôtel (après une attente de plusieurs minutes et constatant qu’aucune navette de passait). Une fois rendu à l’hotel, nous nous sommes informés sur la navette annoncée (car nous avions pris cet hôtel spécifiquement pour le service de navette) et la réponse fut qu’au Navette n’existait et qu’il fallait prendre un taxi qu’il pouvait...

« Warm greeting on arrival. Staff was very graceful, polite and professional. Food was amazing and good selection and chef came out to ask about the food he prepared 😋 great touch. Breakfast was lovely but too crowded as what I would call was a team building day, but was offered a lovely alternative outside on the courtyard. Really helpful staff. »
