Great stay
Great hotel in a nice location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very comfortable. We had the breakfast one morning and it was great. Also had the Friday brunch at Mesh which was awesome, and a very nice meal in the Enso restaurant on the evening we arrived too. The pool area looked nice but sadly was closed for the winter when we were there. Getting around Amman by Uber was easy and cheap and the security even helped talk to the driver to give directions to the hotel entrance when picking us up. Would certainly stay again if in Amman.

100% recommend this hotel - great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to order taxis. Fab sun terrace and 6th floor bar. Rooms were a great size.

Pleasant Stay at W Amman
The welcoming, hospitality and support of the hotel staff was super amazing. I got an upgrade to the room along with a meal as a gift. The accessibility to different areas of the city was great, walking distance to Abdali Boulevard and Abdali Mall.

This is the best city hotel I have ever been! Great rooms, perfect service and amazing staff! I will go back for sure! Highly recommemded for solo travellers!

The hotel has a small lobby on the 6th floor. There is no nice or outdoor space to hangout and enjoy Amman weather The outside swimming pool is blocked in the evening for big very noisy parties that attract all sort of clientele. You can hear the loud music even if you stay at higher floors The swimming pool is small with limited seating or sun beds available The rate is not worth the value I do not recommend this hotel

The W was amazing. We were helped by Wassan who quickly arranged our room super quickly. The cleanliness of the bathroom was impressive! The ambience was amazing and the night DJ was great!

A Nice Hotel With Little To Improve
I Had a 3 day stay and actually it was fine ، I Was received by Maya on the reception who was so cooperative and helpful , my only remark would be the bad choice of bath toiletries as i had really tough time to take the alumunium seal of the shampoo , shower gill and conditioner ,,,, they were sealed tightly so you won't be able to use them unless you bring a knife while you are in shower , such a lousy product actually
