breakfast is not up to the 5 stars hotel, noticed flies in the area, poor selection of items, Bathroom shower leaking outside shower area, made a pool at the bathroom area no mini bar items in-fridge or outside no floor ice machine Curb hotel entrance is dirty and side walks needs to be painted, seems never been done room windows are dirty, could hardly see outside Tv is not tilted in any direction, so if I am in bed, it is not easy to see tv, some fixtures is not fit correctly and not professionaly, example: fixture in the kitchen area (light hanging on the table) not properly affix and there is paint on the side of it. some other light fixtures are NOT affix to the ceiling. One huge problem and I don't know if I didn't see it, or it is not there, but could not find any USB connection in the room, which it amaze me that first class hotel does not have. TV is confusing to use, and too many channel selections and if there is, it is not so helpful for anyone. Few other things, but it is enough for now. thanks

Very comfortable and safe hotel, nice and helping staff, awesome breakfast and their helpful staff (got us hash brown the second day as well upon request and reheated our leftover food)! The room service is efficient and appreciated the free 24-hours laundry/soap!

Elegant hotel, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast (American, European, and Middle Eastern options). What really stood out was how kind and accommodating the staff are. I arrived from my flight well after midnight for a one night stay; they let me check out at 3pm the next day so I could sleep in, have breakfast, and walk Amman. I felt very safe and taken care of!

I was upgraded from the studio l booked to a one bedroom which was great. I had also requested a room with a nice view and was placed on a high floor with a view over the downtown. The property itself was excellent and had all the amenities you would expect of a good hotel. The location is in a very good area with nearby supermarket and many food options a short walk away. It was also quite close to the downtown. The service was excellent throughout the hotel nothing was too much trouble for the staff to organise. This included transport, directions and tours. The staff arranged a personal tour of the remote Desert Castles which was excellent. The pool & bar area with expansive views of the city was a great place to unwind in the late afternoon. Overall I would highly recommend a stay.

The Staff at the Property was most helpful and very friendly. The Hotel Suites is worth the stay in Amman. Excellent breakfast, safe, secure, and close to downtown Amman.

This was a wonderful property, close to Rainbow Street shopping. The room was a nice, large size and the staff was so accommodating. The breakfast had a wide variety of yummy food. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great service and amenities! Actually had soy milk for those who are lactose intolerant And a gym - although I didn't have a chance to use it. Only issue was the water pressure and lack of hot water in the beginning but they came by and they fixed it within a couple minutes. I would definitely stay again

Best hotel in Amman

The bedroom is separate from a large living area and a kitchen. We Wouldn’t be there for breakfast so they made us a boxed Breakfast. Convenient Location and great Hotel

We booked an airport transfer through them which unfortunately did not turn up, however this was quickly corrected & they arranged a transfer through the airport taxi service which was quite an experience! After that our stay was fantastic. The room we stayed in was extremely spacious. The staff were helpful whenever called upon. We have stayed in many 5 star accommodations throughout the world & this is up there.

Relaxing stay
Had a lovely relaxing stay. Lovely sized room and rooftop pool/ friendly good service. Hotel close to local shops/ restaurants and easy access to downtown either by foot or taxi. Looking forward to another visit.

I've stayed in hotels all around the world and this was by far one of the most memorable and best experiences I've had. The staff (from the valet, front desk, dining, housekeeping, pool bar) were all fantastic and accommodating. The room, breakfast, pool area/bar, and location all were fantastic. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
