"Clean rooms staff was very nice"

"The room was nice. The water early Saturday morning was not hot. I was taking a shower at 0630 and the water would run warm and then go cold for about 45 seconds and then go back to warm. "

"If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs because the interstate is heard all night, even with the AC on! The AC was smelling mildewy and seemed to be having a hard time cooling. The bathroom and bed areas were clean and the breakfast choices were good. It was an okay stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, and the lady in charge of the breakfast was amazing. "

"We are uncertain whether our room was cleaned since the previous occupants left. We had an accessible room, so I did not request to change rooms. There was makeup on the pillowcase and blood smears on the top of the duvet cover. Bathroom sink looked used and not wiped. Toilet paper had one empty roll, one almost empty roll, and one half roll. Fridge had broken shelves, and a discolored ice jam with a bread tie frozen in it. We asked for and were provided clean bedding by the front desk, but they had us bring the soiled linens to the front desk which was really gross. They did not offer to remove the bedding, remake the bed, or help in any way. There was a small apology, but the overall response was underwhelming. The room had a funky odor that we thought went away with turning the fan on, but we realized our noses had just adjusted. Breakfast was decent, check in and out were fine. "

"We had to be escorted to our rooms by a member of the staff cause they were updating their key system. I didnt feel safe"

"In the pictures this hotel has a pool but when you get there there's no pool they filled the pool in which was the whole reason I booked it was to go swimming straight garbage and staff refuse to give me a refund even though I didn't want to stay there because there was no pool. And the vending machine tries to charge you $3.10 for a drink that's outrageous"

"The front desk staff and bar staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was little to no eye contact and front desk lady was on her phone while checking me (us) in. When I asked about the fire pit on the patio to be turned on, I was told it was not the season for it however, another couple was sitting by a fire on the other side of the courtyard. I feel we were discriminated against due to being a same-sex couple. The bar server was asked about the brands of tequila and walked away while answering as she was also having a conversation with a couple across the bar. We were on the second floor and there were kids and drunk adults RUNNING around screaming and knocking on doors all night long. When front desk was called initially no one answered then I was told "thank you for calling down." NOTHING was done about the noise or disturbance. "
