"Breakfast was mediocre.The quality of products was not up to the level of the hotel. There was no microwave available to guests in case it was needed. Room 101 for handicapped had one rolling chair which is not the stationary chair recommended by doctors for elder people to avoid falls.Late checkout was not communicated so guest could not open room door after 11am."

Had a mix up with the room I initially booked through Expedia and ended up in a different room, but the Inn was very helpful through email and could not do anything about the room mix up because my reservation was initially booked through Expedia; but after some time I needed to put into this, it was taken care of. The Inn is Gorgeous, very clean, has very comfortable beds and the fireplace rooms give an extra ambiance when settling down for bed. Love it here. Will definitely be back. My only ask is if the pancakes in the morning could be a little thinner? They are very thick - I know this is an individual preference and does not effect the wonderful stay you will have at The Litchfield Inn."
