It features 3 beautiful bedrooms and a garage with direct access to the seawall.<br>On the first floor: living room, dining room, and open-concept fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven)<br>On the first floor: 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 1 shower room, and 1 bathroom. On the second floor: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed.<br>Wi-Fi and Smart TV.<br>Recently renovated with new bedding.<br><br>Bed linens and bath towels are not provided.<br><br>The electricity metre will be read upon your arrival and departure, and you will be billed for your usage at the end of your stay.

Meerblick

Unser Aufenthalt in Ludovics Haus war wunderbar. Das Haus liegt sehr schön in direkter Meeresnähe, ist gut ausgestattet und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

Excellent séjour en bord de mer

Très jolie maison, très lumineuse et agréable à vivre. La grande terrasse avec vue sur mer est parfaite. Quelques pas et on arrive à la mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans la maison. L’emplacement est idéal avec une vue mer depuis la terrasse. La maison est bien équipée et nous nous y sommes sentis très bien!

Een mooie locatie in een goed huisje

Het was helemaal goed. De communicatie verliep goed en vriendelijk. Er was even een probleem met de toilet, maar binnen 2 uur opgelost. Alles bij elkaar een echte aanrader

Beste Erholung mit Meerblick

Super gelegene, sehr schöne Wohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht! Wir waren als Großfamilie dort mit Oma, Bruder und Kleinkind. Genug Platz für alle und nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war, dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen mussten. Trotzdem : absolute Empfehlung!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Maison très confortable à proximité immédiate de la plage et du fort. Accueil sympa. Nous étions avec nos petits-enfants. Tout s’est très bien passé dans cette location bien aménagée.

Maison de vacance fonctionnelle

Séjour dans la maison impécable. Propre, fonctionnelle avec des enfants, belle terrasse, cuisine bien aménagé. 1 salle de bain avec douche et 1 autre avec baignoire hyper pratique pour les retours de la plage. 200 métres de la plage. Situation idéale. Propriétaire agréable et disponible. Nous reviendrons.
