« Had to wait a long time for check-in due to a computer problem that was causing overbooking of rooms. Did not like that the dishes for breakfast were ALL glass/ceramic so that patrons could not take anything from the breakfast area. »

« The security lock on the door was broken, turned on TV had a picture turned off to go out to eat but when we returned NO picture but sound. Was told having issues with cable?.. Where you hang your clothes on was coming out of the wall. No clock in room, no kleenex box, the outlets on the lamp was loose for my charging box for my cell phones. You could take a shower and a bath at the same time (drain was very slow)

« We were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. It was very spacious with a living space and a bedroom. There was also a large jetted tub and a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was good and many options to choose from. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. »
