We had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Great communication with the property manager. We had a nice 1/2 mile walk to Wal-Mart for a few essentials needed. The neighborhood was quiet which worked for us. We were in town for a funeral and were able to host some family members for a meal. Overall a great stay.

We were in Amarillo for a wedding. The house was spacious and the master walk-in closet was perfect for hanging and steaming all the wedding clothes. Beautiful house and great for large groups.

Wedding weekend

This house is beautiful!! My daughter and her bridal party got ready here and it was the perfect place! The kitchen and living area was very spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms were big. It is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Big House

The location is great. Safe neighborhood. Lots of room. Amenities lacking. The towels were good in the master, but in the other bathrooms. Very poor quality. Cheap. Hair dryer didn't work. The house is a bit rundown. Needs interior paint. The outdoor furniture was shabby, couldn't sit in some.

Mini family reunion

This house supplied everything we needed to have a great get together. It’s roomy enough for everyone to spread out, and the bedrooms are good sized. The location is convenient for just about anything, and the neighborhood itself is safe for walking. Tammy was very helpful with the check-in process, and was gracious enough to get us in a couple of hours early since we had people coming from Different states. The parking is a little challenging. The driveway is quite steep, and anyone with mobility issues will find getting in and out of cars there challenging. There seems to be plenty of street parking, we were asked to just park one car there – HOA regulations possibly? The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and supplies in the kitchen for our needs. We would definitely consider it for future get-togethers.

Adequate but lacking

The house served its purpose to have a place for all of our family to gather. We were disappointed that on a holiday weekend we could not watch any football games because there is no network tv - only streaming. So if you are there over the holidays expect to be denied football bowl games. Kitchen supplies were insufficient. Bring anything and everything you need if you plan to cook and prepare your own food. Outside of utensils and dinnerware there is not much. Tammy was accessible for any needs we had with which she could assist. Wi-fi was adequate. The neighbors have dogs that like to howl at 7:30am.

Great house for a family

The house was great! Amazing kitchen, living spaces, nice bedrooms, comfy bed. There are 3 bedrooms bedrooms downstairs. Master has private bathroom. The other two downstairs bedrooms share a hall bath. There is also a powder room downstairs. Upstairs has two bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. There were only 3 face washcloths downstair, so bring your own washcloths. Plenty of towels. This house was very clean and comfortable. This house doesn’t really work if there is more than one car and there is ice ir snow. Only one car is supposed to park out front. The driveway is VERY STEEP. There are stairs to in get front door. Any ice is a major problem. Also, the back door doesn’t have a lock pad. You have to let someone off out front to unlock the front door, then unlock the back door or leave the back door unlocked. If it’s not snowy, we would definitely stay here again.

Short family stay in a wonderful home

Our family of 5 were visiting the area for a funeral and hosted our 15 family members comfortably and had a great base of operations for everyone.The house is huge. Expect that you will not have all the kitchen tools and appliances. Be prepared to work around what you have.
