Fabulous hotel and exceeded my expectations. Super helpful and friendly staff, Kian for checking us in and Melanie for checking us out. We arrived a little early but Kian helped us get a nice room so that my daughter and I could get some rest after a long flight. Kian gave us a heads-up about the train, the station track is next to the hotel and the train runs 24/7. We can hear it a little when awake and the noise is not loud enough to disrupt our sleep so we can rest well during our stay. The hotel location is super convenient, the train station is within 3 mins walk. The area seems very residential so it is quiet and we can get a feel to live like a local for a few days. There is a shopping mall nearby too. Traveling to the main attractions is only about 15-minute train ride. To & From Copenhagen airport is about 25 mins. The hotel is in style, very chic and comfortable. The lobby looks artsy and the hotel offers all-day free water and hot drinks. We only had a panini once, it was okay because the staff that took our order had to manage other tasks while making our order so the bread was burnt. I would not remove any star for this. Checking out with Melanie was smooth. We enjoy the stay and every staff we come across is super friendly and helpful. We will definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Bella Center train station where you can take the M1 train to the center of Copenhagen as well as transfer to the airport with the M2 at christianhaven . There’s a very excellent bakery with coffee in the building next door. Good location , solid property and great links to the metro system

Lovely hotel. Staff attentive and friendly. Easy train ride to the centre of town. Beware to enter the car park you need a room key so you need to check in first. We were caught out by this as were others and when I checked in staff were unable to open the car park from the hotel. Free tea & coffee & water in the lobby. Breakfast was good but not cheap.

Ibis is notable for what is missing: no chair, no clock, no telephone, no washcloths. Nobody needs the clock or telephone anymore but it would have been great to have a chair! The thermostat was overly complex and needed the help of staff twice to set properly. Breakfast was good but dinner was poor.

Great value for money
Really nice hotel at a great price for Copenhagen, right outside the metro meaning you can be in the city centre in 5-10 mins. Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. Clean, quiet and with a good selection at the breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend!

Totally loving this hotel. It’s new and beautifully designed. The rooms though compact feels luxurious and is suitable for a few nights in Copenhagen. My 2 issues are that the aircon control is too smart for me. However, the reception easily got it fixed. Secondly, the seat by the window is too high for shorter folks with no other seat option in the room. It’s not so much of a hassle unless if you need to work in the room. There’s a spacious seating area on the ground floor serving water and hot drinks. The hotel booking came with breakfast, though a simple breakfast spread, it was good enough. Ibis Styles hotel is located next to a popular bakery called Anderson Bakery and is a few minutes walk from the train station. The shopping mall Fields is about a 15-20 minute walk away. There are lots of open walking space here as it’s very much a residential area and is very walkable. There aren’t many food options but it’s ok if you are staying here a few nights or have most of your meals in the city before heading back.
