The property is convenient off of I99, but a bit old. The sheets were pillie and the air conditioner was really loud. It works for the price.

Great hotel. Are only problem is we stayed there for the purpose of my daughter swimming in the pool. When we arrive I’m told the pool is shut down do to someone damaging it. Obviously it was too late and we had to stay there because I wasn’t able to get a refund because I went through Expedia. Very disappointed to watch my daughter being so excited and not be able to swim

The hotel is nestled in the mountains but not near anything (in terms of amenities). It was quiet enough and the front desk person was lovely. That said, there was a dirty sock left on the air conditioner in our room as well as crumbs on the carpet. I wiped down all the surfaces myself. I expected better given the good reviews here on Expedia.

My only complaint is the walls are thin. The man in the room next door was snoring loudly and I could hear it in my room.

Bad odor in room.
The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Overall it was a great stay. The only complaint we have is the horrible smell in our room. It smelled very damp. We had to get some febreeze and spray it ourselves. Our stuff we brought home still had the smell on them.

Good time
Great staff. Janelle went above and beyond to make my family stay comfortable. Kitchen staff for breakfast was polite and keep the food fresh. Pool was small. Fitness room had broken equipment. TV cable & internet was horrible!!

The room was perfect for our family, cost very reasonable, breakfast was great, and it was quiet. The bed gave us back aches, possibly it was too soft, and the tub/shower could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was great, staff super friendly.

The 3rd floor hallway has a musty smell. Our room had a broken fridge. We didn’t realize until the next day and had to throw out all of our food. Bathroom lock didn’t work. Person who checked us in was very pleasant.

I wanted this to be so much better
The staff are very kind. The view was amazing. The towels were soft. The pillows were great. The breakfast area was clean, stocked, and warm. Unfortunately, that is where the positives stop. The room smelled like mildew no matter how much we ran the AC. The shower head did not work fully. The sheets had pieces of what I hope was dirt on top of them that I brushed off when I went to put my kids to bed late that night. But the worst part was another customer in the next room. They were pounding and kicking on the walls and the doors down the hallway on and off for two hours. Before you think if it was something else, they were arguing, bottles breaking, causing the dog on the other side of us (who was super quiet any other time) to bark in warning. The b
