« We had excellent communications with Shawn before, during, and after our stay at his Point Pleasant Resort condo on St Thomas. The view was incredible both inside the unit because of the large sliding glass doors and on the large balcony that also had a dining table and chairs. The AC, appliances and TV worked fine. Parking was not a problem, though it might be a little competitive when all the units are booked. The grounds were well maintained, and it was quiet and relaxing. We used the free...

« Beautiful house in a beautiful setting! The drive up and down the mountain is not the most fun and at night is hard to see as there’s very little lighting at the gate to get in. The street name is actually Peterborg East, which is not listed anywhere in the House listing, but everything else was wonderful. Even when we had to buckle down for a hurricane we did lose power, but they restored it the next morning pretty quick. »

« The Gatehouse Honeymoon property was perfect for my husband and I. The view was stunning from the deck and bedroom. The property manager was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location was perfect , located between Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay making it easy to get to the beach for the day. We didn't use the bedroom air conditioning because there was a lovely breeze every night. »

« This property is perfect! The location is a quick 5 minute walk to beach bars and restaurants but it's far enough away that it's perfectly quiet.
