It was well-equipped with everything we could have possibly needed, which made our stay even more comfortable.We spent our days fishing, grilling, and kayaking to the springs and down the river—such a beautiful and memorable experience. We also enjoyed exploring the area, including a visit to Nature’s River Antique Store in Mayo, which was a fun stop.For meals, we tried Mayo Café and Mi Viejo, and both were delicious—definitely recommend!Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and we would absolutely come back again."

"The property is gorgeous and just the right amount of off the beaten path. Our host was communicative and helpful, especially with the main bathroom, which is very hi tech! Definitely will be coming back again!"

"We really enjoyed the property. It was a bit rustic but that's what we liked about it. Our 2 dogs had a great time as well. It was clean and cozy. Lighting up the fire pit, roasting s'mores, playing corn hole with the kids and grandkids. Over all we had a blast."

"We had a BEAUTIFUL and relaxing stay at this river rental. Everything was so neat and organized with extras like kayaks, a canoes, games and what not. And it is just 0.5 miles from Royal Springs. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and we even got to meet them while they were another rental. Very nice couple. Would highly recommend it for family vacations or weekend get-away."

"Easy parking. Friendly staff. We extended our stay and had to switch rooms. The 1st kingsize bad was great. But when we changed rooms the queen size bed sagged in the middle."

"The host was wonderful and the house is way nicer than in the pictures! Unfortunately we went for the springs and they were unusable, the homes water was pretty yellow, and the closest store was about 20 mins away. Highly recommend other than those inconveniences as it was a great place to relax for the night!"
