La fête du soir d’Halloween était une belle surprise et très bien organisée. Je n’y suis pas restée très longtemps et je peux vous assurer que le bruit ne m’a pas du tout déranger Le lendemain matin très tôt tout était nettoyé. Je dois avouer que j’aurais apprécié une machine à café dans la chambre. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At least, there are rooms for improvement."
