This cosy apartment features a fully-fitted, fully-equipped kitchen, followed by a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.  
  
The living area is composed of a spacious and bright living/dining room, thanks to its large windows that not only flood the space with natural light, but also provide access to a charming balcony. This outdoor corner is furnished with a small table and two chairs.
