The apartment has a luxurious interior. The spacious living room has an open kitchen and a dining and sitting area. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances. In the large bedroom there are 2 single beds (placed next to each other, not movable). The small bedroom has a queen bed (1.80 x 2.00m). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite, the master bedroom has a very spacious bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms, but no central air conditioning throughout the house. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has a terrace overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The building has a communal roof terrace with views of the historic center of Altea. The building is situated in a unique location, right on the beach and offers the best view of the sea. The shopping area and the boulevard are just a 10-minute walk away. Water shoes are recommended for the pebble beaches in Altea. Near the building you will find the small river 'Rio Algar', which offers beautiful walking routes that lead to the boulevard and the old town of Altea. During the summer period, next to the building, there is a 'Chiringuito', called 'Bon Vida', where you can enjoy delicious tapas and cold beer and drinks. Note There is reception on arrival and contact before departure. During your stay there is always a permanent contact person available for support, who speaks English, Spanish and Dutch. In the apartment there is an information folder with useful addresses and telephone numbers, information about Altea and surroundings. There are several golf courses in and around Altea. In Altea La Vella there is a beautiful 9-hole golf course (18 holes) 'Altea Club de Golf Don Cayo'. There are also several golf courses near Benidorm and Alicante. Guests arriving at El Altet, Alicante Airport, can choose for transport by taxi or bus to Altea. It is also possible to arrange private transportation (on request). For guests arriving on Sunday, we offer the service to provide the necessary groceries for the first need. This is of course on request, the groceries will be billed to you afterwards. The apartment is exceptionally comfortable and very clean, complimentary wine and fruit on arrival The photos don't do it justice! There is parking available. The walk into town is about 20 minutes. Ideal for a quiet getaway - waking up to the sound of the sea is magical. The pebbly beach means that it is very secluded, but water shoes needed for swimming! Very good meet and greet and communication with host and rep. We would look to visit again and have no hesitation in recommending the apartment. ##### Susan L.
