« The property was very clean and well maintained. Every staff member I came in contact with was so pleasant and friendly. I do wish there were different options for pillows — they were all down or some sort of down alternative and very airy, so as soon as you rest your head on them they were flat as a pancake. It would be nice if there were firmer options. »

« Not as per my expectations and Hyatt name. Staff was slow and very incompetent. 1. Their wifi went down in my work hours and they didn’t show any urgency in fixing it. 2. Housekeeping didn’t show up even after my 4-5 times calling them. Then the other crew shows up in middle of my work meeting when first crew already had done it. Such annoying irresponsible staff. 3.
