Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. No one was at the front desk for 20 minutes to check me in. No apologies were given. I had to change the key to our room four times during the stay because of issues with the locking mechanism. Very inconvenient. Overall, the staff was very friendly, and courteous. The complementary breakfast was only OK – very minimal. Apparently, they allow pets in the hotel, so there were lots of dogs walking around and all around you while trying to enjoy breakfast. I think two stars out of five is very accurate for this property.
