Excellent break
Glebe Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb with views out to sea from the cottage and hot tub. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. I read other people’s reviews so brought some scissors. Bonus of having electric car chargers right outside the cottage. It’s really thoughtful of the owners to mow the edges of the fields so you can easily walk to the coast or to Embleton village without going on the road.
Only downside for me personally was that I didn’t find the sofas particularly comfortable and ended up going home with a sore back.
Otherwise a great stay and a wonderful base for exploring Northumberland.
