Modern 2 bedroom apartment with spectacular terrace of 30 m² and sea views from all rooms.  
  
Its beautiful terrace with spectacular views and new furniture, perfect to enjoy breakfast or a drink at sunset.  
  
Located in the exclusive urbanization "Fuentes de Almuñécar", with gardens and 2 swimming pools. The lake-type swimming pool, located right next to the apartment, is open all year round (except Mondays) and offers a quiet environment surrounded by greenery.  
  
During the summer, you can also enjoy the impressive infinity pool, located in the lower part of the urbanization, with panoramic views among palm trees that make it a unique place to relax.  
  
Parking is very easy in front of the apartment and there is a covered parking space in the complex.  
  
The complex is located on top of a hill, so it is recommended to have a car to go down comfortably to the beach and the center of Almuñécar.  
  
The nearest beach is about 2 km away, which is approximately a 20 minute walk.
