The staff was friendly and helpful. We were provided with a pass for public transportation, although we did not use it as we were only there overnight, it was a nice touch and would be handy if you were staying in the area.

New hotel. Rather bare bones. No robes or slippers. Continental breakfast adequate. Decent gym equipment but needs mats. Like the self service washer dryer but didn’t need them.

Form the moment I arrive the staff were amazing with travelling for work and arriving very late at night the staff was on hand to help with and issue the breakfast was a very good stand and could also take some away in a box you could use and take way cups I will stay there again thank you so much all the staff

It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The women at the desk were helpful and friendly. We were also provided with free passes for the bus. Excellent hotel. My only criticism is that there should be a restroom on the ground floor. I didn’t see one.

Sehr schön aber enttäuschend
Warum bauen sie eine grosse schöne Bar und schliessen sie um 22 Uhr? Personal war ja noch da! Keine anderen Restaurants in der Umgebung, nicht mal eine Minibar im Zimmer. Leider werden wir wohl nie mehr kommen.

A Bâle il semble que personne parle le français. dans l'Hôtel il n y a que des textes en allemand et en anglais. Sécurité comprise. Pas clair pour prendre les transports en commun. Parking hors de l'Hôtel avec passage dans du gravier, pas facile de faire rouler la valise. tres bon petit déjeuner belle sale. J'ai réservé une chambre avec 2lits simple et je me suis retrouvé avec 1 lit double...........
