This was my first time staying at Staybridge Hotel in Allentown, PA. I was there for a two-week extensive training and mostly out during my stay. However, I found the place and the room to be very functional and it had the right mix of furniture needed for my needs and the right amount of equipment such as cooking utensils, iron, and dryer. The laundry was free and that was great because we needed it. The front desk staff was excellent. They attended to all my requests, kept track of my packages and made sure I received them for which I am very thankful to them. Here are the following that the property can improve upon: 1. Housekeeping - they can make sure the garbage is taken out daily. 2. Cleanliness: the carpet on the property has a dirty feel to it. Also, the couches can have a better feel and I was reluctant to sit on them. overall it did not have a clean feeling. 3. Breakfast: I asked my brother to come to stay for the last night I was there and he got his room including the breakfast. When we went for breakfast in the morning there was hardly anything for the vegetarians. The breakfast staff simply said that they did not expect the amount of people that stayed over the weekend so they ran out of most items including eggs, yogurt, and milk.

Typical suite hotel. Only downside: no dining area for 2 people. We usually find a small table or counter bar with 2 seats. Otherwise fine.

The clerk was extremely accommodating to us grumpy tired travelers. My roommate didn’t like the room, so she switched us. The suite was great! Clean, neat, well equipped. Breakfast was very nice, and the gentleman who set it up was so nice! My only complaint is the $75 pet deposit.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. It was perfect for traveling family. Breakfast was better than most hotels in which I've stayed. Staff was very friendly.

I liked that it was easy check in, friendly staff, spacious room. I loved the dove products. Good and comfortable stay overall. Only thing I would complain about is in the bedroom there’s a closet with a furnace and I opened the closet and it was so much dust. The dust jumped out at me and my allergies activated immediately. Unsure if that door is supposed be locked or not but it should be dusted every once in a while.

Checked in and was greeting immediately by a friendly, professional staff member. Hotel was clean, safe, quiet. Next morning we went to the complimentary breakfast. Food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. The gentleman that was taking care of the breakfast was very attentive and ask if I wanted him to make me plain scrabble eggs due to my dietary needs. Overall this hotel was an outstanding place to stay.. I highly recommend this place.

We needed a pet friendly hotel for a 1 night stop over on our way to visit family for the holidays. We've tried several places over the years, this will be a repeat for us - clean, friendly, good breakfast, excellent dark roast coffee (very important!) and it was decorated so nicely for Christmas.

This property was beautiful. Our room had everything we needed and with 3 kids that’s a plus! Breakfast was great. Staff amazing. I will definitely stay again! We were in for a sweet 16 abs my family who stay at another hotel wished they stood at ours. They plan to stay here when they visit us from Florida again.
