It spans the Monongahela River near the confluence of the the Allegheny Rive. This bridge has the distinction of being the world's first computer designed bowstring arch bridge... Impressed ? The bridge is also infamous for its difficult lane changes and I can personally attest to this... especially the lower level where you have to jump two lanes in about 300 feet. Horn...
