"Villa Elena *****" is a new building, 700 meters from the center of Alleghe, in the green, in a quiet and panoramic position with wonderful view of Lake Alleghe and Civetta mountain.
"Villa Elena" features two spacious and bright apartments, ideal for families and people who love nature and who seek to spend a relaxing vacation, away from sources of pollution and respect for absolute privacy.
Description of the apartment of 110 square meters:
(Ideal for families up to 5 people)
Entrance: completely independent from the rest of the house.
living area:
Room: it consists of a dining area and living room (no sofa bed) with TV.
kitchen: with hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and all kinds of accessories for the kitchen.
Bathroom.
Sleeping area:
Bedroom with double bed.
Bedroom with three single beds.
In the night hallway opens the second bathroom, with shower and hair dryer,
Room with washing machine and need for cleaning.
Large covered terrace to the south
On the outside:
Private area with deckchairs and parasol, garden with table for lunch / dinner.
Private parking, reserved for the apartment.
Note:
The apartment cannot accommodate animals.
During the stay, a contribution will be requested for:
Bed linen and towels: € 15.00 per person.
The price of the apartment refers to an occupancy of 4 persons - for the fifth bed a fee of € 10.00 per night will be required.
Heating: € 15.00 per day, from December 1st to April 30th
Minimum stay 4 nights in March, April, May, June and September.

Villa Elena has a second apartment of 70 square meters, composed as follows:
(Ideal for families up to 4 people)
Entrance: completely independent from the rest of the house.
Day department:
Room: which consists of a dining area and living room (no sofa bed) with TV and terrace to the south.
Kitchenette: with hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and all kinds of kitchen accessories.
Sleeping area:
Bedroom with double bed.
Room with single beds.(on request 1 double bed)
In the night corridor there is an anteroom with a washing machine; the windowed bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.
Large covered terrace to the south / west.
On the outside:
Solarium terrace: exclusively belonging to the apartment, it is equipped with deckchairs and parasol.
Garage: closed and independent.
