"This hotel was a lovely surprise for our first trip to the Caribbean side of our adopted country Costa Rica! Beautiful hotel and beautiful grounds. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because the food is just so very good. My only real suggestion is that they close the pool at 7:00pm because the pool is right next to the lovely dining area. Inebriated adults in the pool acting like children can really spoil an otherwise beautiful ambiance and evening dining experience. Look forward to...

"This place was amazing.. the pictures Travelocity has doesnt do the place justice. The staff soooo friendly they go abvoe and beyond..not just one or two but all the staff. They have a turtle pond to see turtles and fish as well as frogs. Their cat oreo is so sweet and a fun addition for guests. We were able to see about 4 sloths on the property. However, it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and also an air conditioner since it can get very warm and the ceiling fan alone does not cool the room down.
