The location was perfect, definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around the island. Easy access to the excitement, but quiet when we returned for the night. Just a quick walk across the street to see the beautiful blue ocean. Having the privately-owned golf cart was wonderful, as we heard bad things from other visitors renting junk carts for higher prices. Property owners were responsive and very helpful. My only gripe is that the building numbers are very poorly marked and finding the unit was mildly challenging. I felt better knowing we weren’t alone as there were 2 other groups of people hunting for units they had rented as well. This isn’t the hosts fault. Just something to be aware of. Some pros: comfortable bed, easy check in and out, and awesome to have the washing machine and kitchenette for our week-long stay. It needs little maintenance as there were some loose screws lying on the patio, the patio door did not seem to lock (it is a second floor condo, though) and there was a knob missing on one of the nightstands. It also could have used a little extra cleaning - there was visible dirt / scuff marks on the white doors and the rug and couch looked a bit worn. A little clarity could be provided in the description for what Hilton amenities are available to the villa guests. We weren't sure if we were allowed to use the pools at the hotel. The beach club was closed some days (when a Virgin cruise is at the dock), free other days, and a $12 charge other days. The pool for the villas is beautiful, but not heated, so it was very cold for us. The restaurant at the villas pool was not open while we were there. We enjoyed using the tennis courts, but only one of the two had a net. Bring your own racquets and balls. The golf cart is essential to have if you plan to leave the resort area of the island, and is a great deal compared to what others charge. ##### Bridget H. The location, while a little far from the bustling heart of Alice Town is quiet, clean safe and surrounded by water, beaches and endless wanderings for exploring. The property came with a gold cart and so reaching the other end of the island takes about ten minutes. This place is perfect for exploring Bimini and all her treasures, while then allowing a wonderful, quiet and relaxing retreat at the end of a hard days playing.
