The overall experience was ok. The unit we stayed in had an ant problem, the shower in the main bathroom dripped constantly, and the wifi was super spotty. I walked evert morning by the water - the grounds are amazing. You do not have an ocean view but it is literally a 2 min walk. It is also a short walk to the Beach 360 (private beach/ restaurant).
