Apartment in the city centre and is in a building that sits on the archaeological remains of the wall on the Ladera de El Portón from the 16th century, of the Castle of Santa Barbara and where there is also access to an air raid shelter from the Civil War, a protected area and rehabilitated by urban planning. The amenities offered by the house are excellent, to make your stay comfortable, perfect for 2 people and with capacity for 5\. With a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, in the living/dining room, in addition to its open kitchen and dining room, there is a double sofa bed and a beautiful, bright balcony. Fully equipped, (elevator, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, kitchen, linen, bathroom, wifi) Its excellent location in the old town, (EL BARRIO) and close to Postiguet Beach make it a good option for your holidays, leisure and attractive activities for the traveler, both for a getaway with friends or family. 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port, surrounded by tourist attractions, Cathedrals, Town Hall, Churches, Basilicas, Castle, Museums, Theaters, Parks, shops, supermarkets, stores (Central Market), bars, tapas and pubs. You don't need a car, it's easy to get there by bus, which arrive directly from the airport (LINE 6C), or taxi, or by tram.
