The amenities of both are excellent, to make your stay comfortable. A beautiful studio located 45 m2\. and just 100m from the beach. Perfect for 2 people and fully equipped for 4 pax. in one room, with a double bed and two single sofa beds, in addition to its open kitchen, bathroom and beautiful views of the Castle. Fully equipped, (elevator, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, kitchen, linen, bathroom, wifi) Its excellent location in the old town, (EL BARRIO), and close to Postiguet Beach make it a good option for your vacation, leisure and attractive activities for the traveler, both for a getaway with friends or family. 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port, surrounded by tourist attractions, Cathedrals, Town Hall, Churches, Basilicas, Castle, Museums, Theaters, Parks, shops, supermarkets, stores (Central Market), bars, tapas and pubs. You don't need a car, it's easy to get there by bus, which arrive directly from the airport (LINE 6C), or taxi, or by tram. Short 5 mins pleasant walk to the beach front. Maritza was very friendly and helpful and even sorted out having the apartment for longer until our late flight home. We had immediate communication and more specific information was exchanged as our travel dates became closer. She was ready to meet us as soon as we arrived at the apartment and provided us with a map and great tips for attractions for the area and restaurant suggestions. We enjoyed everything we did in Alicante! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and Maritza was accessible the entire time. The location was amazing. Literal footsteps from amazing restaurants and only a few short minutes to the beach where we were able to rent all we needed for an amazing day lounging by the Mediterranean.
