This beautiful vacation apartment is located on a small island in the well-known golf resort Condado de Alhama with two community pools. From the terrace you have an impressive view of the lake and the surrounding meadows and mountains. The resort has an outdoor fitness area, table tennis tables, a playground for the little guests and enough space for other sports like tennis, basketball or soccer.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.

Heeft nood aan wat onderhoud.
Er zijn een aantal zaken die niet of slecht functioneerden. De airco unit in de leefruimte verwarmde niet. De knop van de waterkoker blijft niet ingeschakeld. Licht van de dampkap is stuk. Het veiligheidsslot van de buitendeur is onbruikbaar. Je kan de deur dichttrekken maar ze is niet echt op slot. Verder was het appartement niet slecht voor zijn prijs. Goede matrassen.

Très bon séjour.
Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines de vacances dans ce très joli appartement très bien entretenu. Tout le confort moderne. (Wifi, clim, cuisine équipée...) Une bonne literie. Bonne exposition. Région très ensoleillée et très ventilée avec la belle plage de mazarrón bolnuevo à 20min. Voiture obligatoire pour visiter la region et pour le shopping. Résidence à l'architecture marrocaine ultra sécurisée, très calme. "La Isla" est une partie du domaine condado de alhama, qui est en faite placée sur une île artificielle. Une belle place de parking à l'ombre. Un ascenseur pour atteindre le 3eme étage. Appartement traversant très bien ventilé. Seul point négatif : parfois des odeurs nauséabondes nous atteignent provenant d'exploitation agricole. Les piscines sont très biens et ont été rénovées récemment. La place centrale du complexe se nomme Al Kazar, divers restaurants et bars vous y attendent avec des tarifs vraiment accessibles.
