The front desk staff were highly competent and helpful. This was one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. Everything in the hotel was really clean and well-maintained. We had a beautiful view from our room. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood and is conveniently located near tons of shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also, the hotel manager was awesome. We had a great stay.

There are bikes you can use borrow to explore the area and there are peacocks and alpacas on site. There is even a well equipped exercise room. The gourmet breakfast that comes complimentary with the room blows anything else we have ever had anywhere else completely away.
