This location is in the Uptown neighborhood in Albuquerque. Nearby parks include Jerry Cline Park, Jerry Cline Tennis Center and Nature.  
  
The Uptown area encompasses a major business center as well as EXPO New Mexico and two of Albuquerque’s main shopping malls. EXPO New Mexico is home to the New Mexico State Fair, one of the largest state fairs in the country. During the year it is a popular venue for sporting events, festivals and concerts. Coronado Center, Winrock Town Center and ABQ Uptown feature a wide range of shopping opportunities, including local shops and national department stores.

The Condo is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you re ok with the possibility before booking.  
  
Free Parking - 1 reserved spot & other visitor spots in front of complex. Be sure to take all valuables from car and lock securely.  
  
Ring camera installed on front door to monitor guest count and for security purposes.

The experience was nice. Had everything I needed and it was clean. The only complaint was that the people upstairs don’t sleep and walk/stomp around all night long (11pm-7am).. I saw a previous review that mentioned the same thing. There are ear plugs in both rooms if needed.

Good Communication Bad Location.Saw several needles outside of the place. Beds didn't have fitted sheets, housekeeping was poor.Communication was great however and they checked in several times. Our stay was short so we didn't ask them to come clean or anything.

#### Short Stay in Albuquerque.

The Condo was a great value for the cost. The location is perfect being next to Winrock Shopping Area, Close to uptown and Old town areas and the Northeast heights. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The building is secure and the touch entry lock system was very convenient. Didn't have to worry about a key. The area is quiet and parking is available. Only caution would be if anyone is party has difficulty with mobility. The bathtub/shower is short and has a very high lip.

#### Convenient location and Peace of Mind

The postioning of this property really does make a trip to Albuquerque convenient. I was here visitng family who are all over the city and the location was convenient enough to stop by in between trips and cool off or unload some ahopping and head back out. The location is cozy, very welcoming and plesantly themed for a New Mexico feel. The host was very communicative and pleseantly messaged to enusre my welcome was worry free. The location is also equiped with a locking passcode gate and a keypad on the door making me feel extra secure both in and out and about. Bonus points for having baby utensils at the home! My 7 month old didnt join me in this trip but when I saw them I thought was a very nice and thoughtful.

#### Great location!

We enjoyed renting this condo. It is a good location, near uptown and very close to a large shopping center and target. Easy access to the interstate. It was very clean. My friend and I thought it was cute that the left a balloon that said welcome and a couple of New Mexico state cookies for us. Check in was easy and the security door to the complex worked easy, along with the access code to the unit. Its a nice small condo and worked well for our Albuquerque sight seeing

#### Uptown Condo a Good Find

I liked everything about this property. The location was perfect for my purpose; visiting family. Everything I needed worked. The bed was satisfactory. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it was definitely adequate. I appreciated the safety of separate gate and door codes. The location is very good and the area felt safe. It was easy to get to I-40 and, therefore, anywhere in town in a few minutes. The A/C was good and the king bed was very comfortable. We did not use the queen bed. The check-in was super easy. The condo had everything we needed for our few days in Albquerque.

The next door neighbors are very loud with music or movies. And the upstairs neighbors are loud when walking. And dropping things on their floors our ceilings. The condo was very nice, and had all items needed.

#### Great location, but a few minor issues.

The location is perfect for us, and we hope to stay there again. It was really nice to have the place stocked with stuff that gets used routinely: Kleenex, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, napkins, paper towels, etc. There were a few relatively minor issues that could be improved, though: The floors and/or rugs were pretty dirty (socks got dirty fast). The dishwasher's Normal cycle didn't work; we had to use the Pots and Pans cycle to wash dishes. One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was burned out, so we swapped it for the one in the lamp in the smaller bedroom. The neighbors in Unit 1 let their dog run free inside the gate, and it was not well-behaved.. Again, overall we really liked the place, and hope to stay there when we come to Albuquerque again.

The property was clean and well maintained! Had everything I needed for the week. Sheets and bed were fantastic! The property is in a great neighborhood and close to uptown shopping center and Target. Would absolutely recommend and will be staying at the property as soon as possible.

#### Decent condo

It really isn’t a bad condo but it needs a deep clean. The property manager did ask the housekeeping to come back and reclean and they did redo the bathroom floor but the shower and tub were not clean. It has a stale smoke smell but it served our needs as a place to sleep and have AC in the heat of summer.
