"We stayed at Casa Machin during June/July 2019. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room, as well as the amenities on offer to us (shared kitchen), which was stocked well with a range of breakfast choices each morning! "Emanuele, the Owner met us upon arrival following a transfer from the airport which he arranged for us. Dropped us off within a minutes walk of Aigua B&B. He was very informative in every aspect and such a nice man who we met on a few occasions in the town during our stay. We were allocated the suite on the top floor which was absolutely perfect for a four night break. Booked a meal at the Alamo restaurant next door which was very nice. 115 euros for three courses and drinks. Aigua is perfectly...

"We enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff were very professional and exceptionally helpful. We had breakfast every morning and it provided a nice variety of choices. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was very engaging and recommended some wonderful places to visit during our stay. This was my first time in Alghero and I would certainly return and stay here again. "

"The location is incredible, quiet, beautiful, clean, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to the water, historical town. We also went to the Neptunes Cave, 645 steps, amazing, very good restaurants, we ate at a restaurant just 100 metres, very good price 13. euros. 2 choices, there is a grocery store also thats great. we definitely would go again. The room with balcony was the best. Elegant european feel!"

"Roberta at the front desk gave us great service and a great chat about Alghero. Everything was extremely clean and fresh. The Blue bar upstairs had excellent food and drink but they could have used another server. The only fault in cleanliness was a huge pile of cigarettes butts outside the second floor restaurant leading to the patio.A small complaint… for a great stay . Highly recommend."

"Francesco was a great help! We arrived in the evening in Alghero and he was there to help us with bags and the car. Many Americans will not realize the parking limitations of older historical towns here. Francesco also helped us change our rooms as we were traveling with children and wanted rooms one next to one another. What can I say we were there 2 nights with rooms overlooking the sea-walls of Alghero and the Mediterranean Sea, it was fantastic! "
