Lovely room with a breath taking view in the perfect location - Giovanni is extremely helpful and everything you want is near by. Would recommend to anyone!

Super locatie en prima kamer. Service is super.

Foto's van de site klopten niet helemaal met de werkelijkheid maar waren verder wel prima. Locatie is super en terras ook fijn.

Aivan keskustan ytimessä hyvällä paikalla oleva majoituspaikka. Siivous päivittäin. Vaatimaton aamiainen, mutta kyllä tälläkin päivän aloitti. Helppo lähteä kävellen ja nähtävyydet vieressä. Bussilla lentokentältä helposti aivan lähelle.

Avkopplande par semester med bra väder.

Helt kanon har rest över hela världen och detta stället var riktigt bra och prisvärt, finns många bra restauranger i närhet oavsett matintresse så finns det skaldjur,pizza och kalteplatten med mycket hög kvalité och prisvärt. Kan tipsa om Villa Moscva.

Kein Hotel, sondern gutes Guesthouse

In der Fußgängerzone nicht mit Auto zu erreichen. Schwierig zu finden, weil es keine Werbeschilder/Transparente an der Fassade gibt. Lediglich ein Klingelschild zwischen anderen Mietparteien sowie ein Aufkleber weisen auf das La Terrazza hin. Man sich daher an der Hausnummer orientieren, muss den Gastgeber über Mobiltelefon anrufen, weil die Klingel nicht funktioniert. Schäbiger Eingangsbereich im Hausflur, hinter eine gesicherten Eingangstüre in diese ehemalige Wohnung erwarten einen klasse ausgestattete, neuwertige Zimmer, ein Gemeinschaftsraum und eine Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Hafen. Das Selbstbedienungsfrühstück mit abgepackten Materialien aus dem Supermarkt war nicht unser Ding. Aber es gibt Klasse Cafes in 20 bis 50 m Entfernung. Die Zimmerpreise für diese Gästezimmer-Etage fanden wir überzogen

Centralt läge med härlig terass

Litet B&B med trevligt mottagande. Eget kylskåp på rummet med frukostingredienser som räckte även till mellanmål. Kaffemaskin i gemensamma rummet som var tillgänglig dygnet runt. Härlig gemensam terass i kvällssol och egen insynsskyddad balkong. Tyvärr lite lyhört mellan rummen. Bra läge i gamla stan med ett par minuters promenad till bussen från flygplatsen.

Had expected more

Location is really good. With the great reviews I had expected more. Room as in a normal 2 star hotel. Small narrow balcony, sensitively, bedside lights not working. To prepare their own breakfast, pick and clean up after themselves is not charming. One key to the room and the front door for three people is not good. The room on the 4th floor. Many calls to call and ask someone to come down and open the front door Pleasant staff.

Great location. Very clean room! No real breakfast

Giovanni was great in helping us navigate around town. A lovely and friendly man. The flat was right in the centre of the old town. Clean and nice enough room. Would recommend! No real breakfast as such.

Noe for deg?

Vi hadde det veldig koselig her. Flott med frokost på terrassen akkurat når det måtte passe oss. Ellers er hotellet fint plassert midt i gamlebyen, men veldig enkelt å finne frem til. Dessuten er Giovanni hjelpsom og hyggelig. Anbefales.

Stille og sentralt

Kun fire rom, en ordner frokost selv i det døgnåpne kjøkkenet, frokost kan inntas i spisesalen eller ute på terrassen. Stedet er som BB, og er absolutt å anbefale. Grei størrelse på rommet, fint bad, egne terrasser i tillegg til den store som alle kan bruke hele dagen. Hotellet (eller BB) ligger inntil nordre bymur i 5. etg med inngang rett ved noen av gamlebyens fortausrestauranter og butikker. Det er stille og rolige rom - anbefales!

mooi in het oude historische centrum gelegen.

De accommodatie was heel goed. Elke dag werd er schoongemaakt en elke dag schone handdoeken. Ook kon je koffie/thee pakken (gratis) wanneer je wilde en in de koelkast op de kamer werd elke dag water en frisdrank gezet (gratis). Lokatie in het oude historische centrum is perfect. Mensen waren heel vriendelijk. Openbaar vervoer in deze tijd van het jaar heel slecht. Verder hebben wij pech gehad omdat het continue regende, maar ik ben ervan overtuigd, dat als het mooi weer is Sardinie een uitstekende plek is om nog een naar toe te gaan.

Top class b&b in a great location

This 4 bedroom B&B is a quality operation from start to finish. Friendly and efficient management and staff, excellent breakfast, relaxing clean modern rooms, fantastic view of the harbour and sunset from the shared 4th floor terrace and located right in the heart of the old town with everything you could want in easy walking distance. Top class and can't wait to return there again some day - soon hopefully.
