The unit is located on the 4 floor of a walkup condo . It is airy and bright with a large sliding glass door in living room facing south toeards the ocean. The unit is located near a large grocery store , which is handy.The unit has been renovated and furnished with IKEA style furniture. The bed is new and quite comfortable. All in all it is comfortable compact and easy to clean. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Perfect short holiday
Big Thank you ,Nice communication . Its very clean with balcony and pool outside. The kitchen has all amenities. The bed its comfortable. The weather its sunny and warm even in March. No far to the beach , only 10 min walk. Here also lots of attractions, and nice countryside. We liked food . We recommended to anyone .Thank you

Our first stay in Albufeira
The property is exactly as advertised. It has a great location for a longer term stay. We stayed a month. The the unit was very clean and well equipped and the property manager (Catarina) was available and responsive to our concernsor requests. In short, we loved pur stay and have booked this unit for 3 months next year.

Having booked this before Covid joao and Catarina have been excellent due to having cancel then rebook it,even at short notice and without incurring any charges or cost. Lovely apartment with everything you need. Supermarket near and bar and restaurants close by,new town 10 mins away,old town 15 mins ideal for both. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook it again.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Lovely apartment in a great location.
We would rent this property again. It is very well managed. Was able to have an early check in and was greeted by a very friendly and professional manager. The property has everything you need and is in a lovely neighbourhood.

Good location
Property was good although the problems that where listed in previous reviews had still not been rectified for example , wardrobe doors, toilet lock, and cupboards in kitchen although none of this bothered me, the pool area I would say was not great and there was no sun beds to use which would be a big bonus as we never spent no time around the pool, also the outside area could do with a paint job, location was really good for easy access to both old town and the strip which are both within walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Stayed June 2019

Overall a good place to stay, a change in managment just before our stay wasn't relayed to us but was easily sorted. Grandson loved the pool and used it every day.

Great April break.
Apartment has everything you need. Bathroom could be modernised but all functional. April was a little cooler so didn’t use the pool. 20 mins walk to old town . Near the strip if that’s what you want but not too near to be disturbed! Agent met us and was helpful arranging our transfers. Beaches weren’t crowded but mainly due to time of year. Great central location with excellent bakery up the road! Local restaurants if you want them but we tended to enjoy a walk to old town on a night for a meal and to listen to some of the live music.

Apartment needs some tlc.
Pros - Apartment clean, roomy, balcony has sun in the afternoon, great location. Cons - several things need attention, eg wardrobe doors difficult to slide so could only use one side, bathroom under sink doors don't shut properly, bathroom electrical socket didn't work, lid on kettle difficult to open. None of the faults spoiled our stay in the apartment so we didn't complain. about them. If they were sorted out, we would be happy to recommend this apartment for a holiday stay.

Fabulous apartment
Had a brilliant time in Albufeira again, our second year holidaying in the Algarve. The property was lovely, had everything you would need on a self catering holiday, would definitely recommend and would stay there again when next in the Algarve.

Fantastic 2 week family holiday
We arrived at this beautiful apartment at 1030 was meet by Jorge to leave our luggage off while the apartment was being cleaned. We got into the apartment at 2pm first impression was WOW everything was perfect from the cleanish to the location. It’s 10mins walk from the strip and 15 mins walk to old town and the beach. Supermarket at top off the street and spar right at your front door. Pool, pool area was lovely and clean and only had a few sun loungers but this didn’t bother us. This was our first time in Portugal and first time ever using a rented private apartment. Myself, my wife and kids couldn’t fault this apartment at all it has everything and more that you need. I will be back here next year thank you Joao for the best family 2 week holiday in your perfect apartment.

the only two issues with the property were actually locating it in the first place, there is no indication on the door as to the number of the property. The other small issue was the lack of English Speaking TV Channels. It might be good to advertise the fact that there is only 3 news channels in English and nothing else. Although a DVD is provided which helped

Good Value, Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
This property is clean, comfortable, conveniently located, well managed and good value. We stayed for over two months between January and March and were very, very well pleased to have spent it here. We are happy to recommend that others also seriously consider doing so. The owner (Joau) and the local manager (Jorge) are both extremely helpful, cooperative, friendly. They get five stars for management quality, responsiveness and style. The apartment is just right for two people. The bedroom and the sitting room gave us lots of room to be together when we wished and in separate rooms when we didn't. It is furnished with reasonably good furniture. Often, we have found that owners of rentals use furniture that only kindly could be called "used, now summer cottage" quality. Not so here. While not top of the line new, all of the furniture is well made and comfortable. It is along the lines of what we might have bought many, many years ago for our first apartment, when we were first starting out. Not expensive, but the best quality we could afford. The appliances are new or near to new and no one should have any problem with them. There is enough cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils, etc., etc. to allow two people to cook basic meals. There is, however, no dishwasher. Towels are all good quality and linens are basic. The location is very convenient to grocery shopping, has a bakery just steps away and many restaurants (at least two really superior ones) within easy walking distance. It is also convenient as a locale from which to explore the whole Algarve with its car park that was certainly safe and secure all our time there. Finally, we had no reason for personal (or property) security concerns at home, in our neigbourhood or, indeed, anywhere in the Algarve. And we walked extensively and drove everywhere along the coast. So why only three stars? While the apartment has recently been refinished, it is in an older building that is a bit tired. Second, the construction of the building is such that sound does travel through unit walls. This was not a problem for us: Our neighbours were quiet but we did hear some family and construction noise. But in high season, the exuberance (kindly put) of yobos and neighbourhood bars could conceivably prove noisome. (This, however, is true of anywhere in Albufeira.) Third, the apartment is located on the second (third North American) floor and stairs may be a problem for some.

Excellent apartment in great location
The apartment is very comfortable and in a very convenient location for beaches, old town and facilities like the supermarket and park with exercise equipment (if you fancy it). Excellent communication with owner Joao and manager Jorge who was very welcoming. Balcony enjoys the sun from midday to sunset and easy car parking on site. Highly recommended.

Great City and great locatio!!
We found the apartment exactly as was advertised, with all the amenities, and very well laid out, and tastefully decorated. We stayed one month, and really got to know the surroundings, and this is why we appreciated the location. About a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, and about the same distance to the old town. Best way to the old town, in our opinion is to walk to the closest beach and then a beautiful walk on the beach. The apartment has a balcony, from which we watched several sunsets.we found the apartment very clean and well maintained The apartment is conviently located close to banks, shopping centre restaurants, and grocery stores. The best part is the friendly assistance of Jorge ( person managing the property) , who met us on arrival, and gave very useful advice, and was always available in case we needed anything. He is a good example of the friendly and warm reception we received during our stay....beautiful place and beautiful people. We found Joao ( the owner) to be very accomodationg, and easy to contact and discuss with, as well. Thank you Jorge for making our stay in Albufeira a most pleasant one. We would definitely recommend this property

Schöne saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock. Das Haus ist ruhig. Die Information bezüglich Türcode und Schlüssel funktionierte sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sauber (wie auf den Bildern)und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was eine gute Ferienwohnung braucht, für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Parkplatz am Haus. Der Balkon und das Schlafzimmer liegen an der Hauptstraße (mit Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer jedoch ok). Altstadt rund 30min zu Fuß. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Sehr gerne wieder

Um alojamento limpo, acolhedor e muitíssimo bem localizado. A varanda é fantástica para almoços ou jantares, e a piscina bastante apelativa! Os anfitriões são bastante eficientes no tempo de resposta e mostraram-se sempre disponíveis em auxiliar com qualquer questão necessária. Bra på alla sätt utom att det saknas läslampor vid soffan!
Vi ser inte på tv på kvällarna, men behöver mer än takljus för att läsa på kvällarna. Bra om ni upplyser i förväg att det finns lite startgrejor i skåpen! Läget är utmärkt och utsikten fin , särskilt vid solnedgången!

Appartement propre et très confortable dans une résidence située dans un carrefour bruyant la nuit. Piscine sympathique avec toutefois les chaises longues inutilisables car cassées ! Dommage également que le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas bien ! Quelques petits travaux à prévoir sur les prises électriques.

Je regrette que la machine a laver ne fonctionné pas! je demande de suite au concierge de faire réparer toutes ces choses la. C'est prévu des que possible la peinture du salon, la réparation du sol vers la cuisine etc. La gestion du condominium a changé et c'est prévue que les chaises de la piscine soient changées. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.Que se soit la ville d'Albufeira ou notre logement tout était parfait.Le logement est à proximité de tout mais sans être dans les rues bruyantes.le logement est parfait pour des vacances réussit. Dans le logement tout est prévu.Mer à proximité ainsi que des parcs aquatiques, fiesa(sculptures sables).... Encore un grand merci à Mr Jorge Del Amo pour son accueil chaleureux et de nous avoir trouver un transfert aéroport pour le retour. Adoramos o apartamento !! Adoramos a semaninha de descanso e Albufeira ! Para além da excelente localização e de ter cafézinhos c esplanadas e supermercados próximos, o apartamento dispõe de mobiliario e decoração super moderno e a cozinha dispoe dos mais variados utensilios que tanto sao precisos !! Só lamentamos ter apenas os 4 canais portugueses 😟😔 acho que podiam adaptar os canais consoante a nacionalidade dos hospedes 😉 O Sr.João que nos ajudou na reserva foi extremamente simpatico e afável, pelo q em caso de duvida nao hesitem em pedir ajuda 😊

My family and i had just the most amazing stay here. The appartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is great, close to restaurants , night life, grocery stores and some amazing beaches . If you're here for a while you may want to consider a car rental inorder to visit the coast at your lesiure, then again you can get tours for very very little . Don t contemplate reserving this unit, you ll be very happy you did. looking forward to my return some day , thanks Joao

Appartement situé à 15 minutes à pied de la plage dans une résidence calme avec piscine. Petits commerces à proximité. Idéal pour passer un bon séjour près d'Albufeira !
