Clean and easy to locate. On the 3dge of and industrial estate. No other dining within 5k, steaks done to medium were running with blood after even sending them back.(something I have never done before)

Hotel had plenty of parking and was very clean. Comfortable bed. We wanted an overnight stay en route to Marbella. Restaurant didn’t open until 20.00 and nowhere else locally to eat. Hotel in industrial area with no facilities. Staff made no attempt to help us.

How is this 4 star? It’s in an industrial area, it’s scruffy and has no welcoming features at all. The reception staff are rude. The rooms are large and tatty. Cheapest toiletries ever. Is used as a transport bar and cafe. Noisy. Literally has no redeeming features. Never again.

This is a pleasant place to stay with clean, well fitted rooms. The bar food is excellent . We did not use the restaurant.

Spotlessly clean, we appreciated the exceptional comfort of the bed and chair in the room, excellent shower, and easy parking. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional from the front desk to the restaurants. Excellent food at both the restaurant and the morning breakfast buffet. Very well managed property. Impressive.

Great hotel for a short stay.
Great place to stay for a stopover. The cafe and restaurant was good next door and the car park is free, large and well lit. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very close to Burgos old town. Only a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Fantastic!
There is absolutely nothing that this hotel lacks. Location for Santander is excellent; friendly and helpful staff; the most comfortable beds ever. We have travelled extensively and have never come across a hotel that just has it all. This is it!

Nice hotel. Seems to be a transit hub for travellers going to various places across Spain and beyond so location is practical more than anything else. Reasonably priced Cafe/Bar if you don't want a restaurant meal

Fabulous Hotel!
Loved everything about this Hotel! Great location for stopover on way to or from Santander Ferry. Plenty of free car parking at Hotel with cameras. Rooms very spacious and bedding was lovely. Public areas were beautifully furnished and food in Cafe Bar was excellent and very reasonably priced. Restaurant closed on Sunday night but it looked great. Loads of character. Everywhere in the Hotel was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be staying again and cannot recommend enough.

Could not sleep in the heat as they have memory foam beds which make you sweat. Because of Covid had windows open and did not want to use air con as that spreads the virus with its recycled air. Very uncomfortable night, at one point slept on the floor! Apart from that staff friendly and very nice hotel.

Just off the motorway. Easy to find and park. Hotel very good and clean. Nice room. Restaurant opened at 8.30 so had drinks in the cafe then restaurant had yummy food. The cafe looked good too. Excellent wifi. Couldn't get tv to work. They fixed it but still didn't work for me. No worries though a lovely bottle of red kept me company. Area is industrialised but didn't impact on the hotel

Stay regularly on route from France to Portugal. Stayed in a few other hotels on this route but prefer to Stay here when available. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Easy access from the newly completed BU-30 dual carriage way. Nice property with simple but clean and spacious rooms. Large underground parking. Staff pleasant and efficient. Convenient stop over between Portugal and destinations further north.

far from city center but a very good modern hotel. take it if you do mind driving to city center.
