Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms are basic but clean. Pool has been "closed for repair" for over a year now. Easy location, many shopping and dining options very close by.

Pros: Quiet hotel. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Cons: Facility in poor condition with doors propped open and poor lighting. One of the washcloths on the rack was dirty and stained. Breakfast area was messy.

Location was great. Breakfast said it was hot but only thing hot was toast and waffles. Staff were great. Toilet paper was sitting on the counter because holder didn’t have the pole. Mattress was too soft and bed frame was very, very squeaky. Not the worst I’ve seen but for sure not the best.

Linens that were provided were dirty. Had to ask for towels initially. Toilet seat was broke. No hot water. Very dirty rooms. Outside looked nice. Stairwells had people congregating in them. It seemed people were living there. Requested refund so we could go to another hotel and they granted it even though we had reserved through Expedia on non refundable reservation. Just chatted with Expedia who confirmed with them they were in agreement. Went next door and paid more for clean rooms. Spoke with local who said there was a newspaper article recently telling people to stay away from this place.
