 • Big sofa bed that can be converted into an extra bed.  
 • Enough space to add an extra small bed upon request.  
  
The studio is equipped with:  
 • Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.  
 • Large terrace with panoramic direct view of a crystal-clear beach.  
  
📍 Located within Address Beach Hotel Residence (not owned or managed by the hotel) and rented directly by the owner.  
  
💳 Payment is made directly to the owner, and the hotel has no involvement in booking or check-in.  
  
🏖 Access to the private beach of Address Beach is available for $150 USD per person per day.  
🧹 Studio cleaning service is available upon request for 1,500 EGP per service.  
  
📌 Booking Terms:  
 • A copy of the guest’s passport must be sent at least 48 hours before arrival.
