All shops are 4km away in the village of Martigné-sur-Mayenne. A tavern at the lock is available in season. A guarantee of beautiful cycling and hiking trails, and access to the towns of Mayenne and Laval via the greenway. This house has two bedrooms (4 beds and a sofa bed), two bathrooms, and two fenced outdoor spaces: a courtyard for parking two vehicles and a 295m² garden. Only 13km from Mayenne and 20km from Laval. Each town has its own castle, museums, markets, and marina with water sports. Business stay: 4 people maximum - 1 mandatory cleaning fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights. The gîte is self-contained on two levels.
