"Very clean and well kept property. We were wanting a get away close to downtown Ft Worth and that’s exactly what we got. It was rainy, so had to drive in a park, but in sunny weather downtown, Sundance is easily walkable. Host was nice and communicative, process was easy with good directions. We would stay again."

Only complaint was banging doors in the am from the stairwell that are directly adjacent to the bedroom.Very attentive hosts who responded quickly to questions and kept us well informed.Will stay again"

"This place is not maintained at all, luxurious it is not! All the security gates are left open, smoke alarms are ripped out of the ceiling, there are stains on the couches, a missing toilet paper holder in one bathroom, slime and pubic hair on the floor of the other bathroom. There are no mattress pads, really cheap linens and towels, there was one coffee mug, two 8 ounce glasses and very few dishes. Trash piled up in the halls and entrance during the week. "The apartment was crisp and clean. Great location, within 15 minutes of downtown restaurants and the Stockyards.Plenty of parking and easy check in directions with pictures to assist. Would definitely be a great place to stay during the warmer seasons.Amazing pool area"

"Nice complex and layout, but basics didn’t match the costWe stayed four nights. The complex is attractive, with a gym and pool, and the 2-bed/2-bath layout worked well. In-unit laundry and a reasonably stocked kitchen were definite pluses. There isn’t much within walking distance, so you’ll likely need a car or rideshare.The main frustrations were check-in and information.
