This home is right across from the Netflix Studios. It boasts a pool table, a TV with Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Youtube TV (cable), and tons of more entertainment!! The Space: This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making coffee in the morning, to pouring a glass of wine to end your day, to looking out at the breathtaking sunsets from the patio. The property comes with a pool table, BBQ grill, and patio furniture to maximize your fun all year round. Our home also has a smart TV that comes with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Youtube TV and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. The decor was modern and very complementary to the overall feel of the home. The unit had everything you needed and any issues were addressed promptly. The breaker kept popping. We contacted the rep but didn’t receive a response until the next day and the staff was unavailable to repair until we departed. We were offered a $50 refund, I don’t think that is sufficient for guests having to shower in the dark and not being able to fully utilize the area. Also, the landscaping needed to be tended to, there were weeds popping up and debris on the patio. We didn’t try them all but the streaming service passwords provided didn’t work. Hopefully, property management can make sure that it is up to par before renting out and we receive some sort of reimbursement. Our son turned 21 and the family traveled to Albuquerque to celebrate his big day! There were four of us and we needed a place to accommodate everyone. This home was perfectly decorated and it had a pool table in the great room that created some great memories. The backyard and rooftop lounge were perfect for morning coffees and sunset cocktails. It was pretty cool looking at the Netflix studio lot across the street. The area was hip, safe and it even had a little market for basics like milk, snacks and wine.
