This beautifully remodeled guest house offers a stylish and comfortable retreat in one of the most sought-after areas in town. Enjoy what this 1-bedroom apartment has to offer. This brilliant space features a cozy queen bed, a jetted bathtub in the bathroom, and essential amenities like heating, WiFi, and AC. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Security (ring) camera on front door security purposes and to monitor guest count. NO Washer/Dryer onsite - laundromat is near by Noise: this home is on the corner of Silver & Richmond so you may hear some traffic noise. In addition, it connects to the main house where the owners live. Ear plugs and sound machines provided The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. Parking: free parking under carport in the front. Free street parking on a first come first serve basis. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties.
